Women Leadership

Why does simply increasing women’s participation & leadership not necessarily imply a more egalitarian future?

it depends on how much it is increased

Women Leadership

Do you think women could take leadership of some kind, government wise, etc?

Or does it always have to be men in power? I know women can be very competitive but men have their flaws. Women don't always have to be second best. What are your opinions? No ignorance please. It's just a question.

The UK has a woman as Head of State and recently had a woman Prime Minister, the US has a woman Secretary of State, other countries have women in senior positions in government, e.g. Ireland, Germany, so I think the answer to your question is yes.
