(b)There is growing participation of married women employees with children and single mothers in the workforce. These women often felt pressured between their work commitment and their obligations to care for their children.
To what extent do you think the management in a business organisation should commit itself to provide day care service or facilities in helping these women? Give justification to your answer supported by authority
An employer gives you a job. Altthough child care would be a nice thing to do, I am against it being required. That is a parents obligation.
My authority: Single parent and self employed (very) small business owner.

cant choose grad school. business/law with a mix of science?
Hi, I recently graduated from a CUNY school with a biochem B.A. I'm looking for a job and stuck btwn law/business school. I might do a PhD but lab work is so boring. I tutored math at a high school, was an intern for a AIDS organization and was a cashier. Im having a hard time finding an entry level job so i figured i would start studying. how is the market now for lawyers/business women? i'm good at math and science and i would like a career that enables me to do so.
any advice for someone lke me out there?
should i start a small internship at a big company (if i can even get one?) or should i start grad school for a PhD.
By the way, my GPA is around 3.47
med school is out, you should see how many MDs are in new york
Make choices for you from research, done by you, for YOU
Allow others to do theirs THAT IS WHAT LIFE IS ALL ABOUT !!!
