Please comment on this situation regarding inappropriate touching.?
A man comes up behind a woman sitting working and, without saying a word before, during or after, puts his hands fully around her neck. After a second, he starts to caress her. She jumps up and flees. He is a minor stakeholder in the business, where she is a legal employee. They have no association outside the workplace. What should she do?
The "boss" is a volunteer board of directors.
This is a very small business with no Human Relations department.
She should speak with one of the major stakeholders, and inform him that if he doesn't deal with the situation concerning the minor stakeholder, SHE will soon be the sole stakeholder!

Is it true that a lot of people who go into Marketing in college end up being salesmen/women?
My mom always told me this, and discouraged me from going into Marketing. She said I would not enjoy it, and I should go into International Business. Since I already studied abroad in high school and plan to do so 3 more times, I figured it was pointless to major in International Business.
But last semester I became an officer for our school Marketing Association and it was AWFUL...Then I started taking Marketing 101 this semester...and it is all about sales.
Despite to say, I changed my major to International Business like my mom had suggested. I am still curious though, does a degree in Marketing really land a lot of people into sales?

yes, unfortunately, your mom is right, despite the difference that should be between marketing and sales, most of companies hire all the graduate students as salesmen/women. despite that marketing should be interested in research and studying the market but How Cares? companies look for Money not studies and researches. International Business is a very good choice. my best wishes for you.
