I need help! Im Blank in the head!!?

I know this may sound easy, but I need an A. I need help with main points for my research paper. I need about 3 to 4 points about woman entrepureners. I cant believe I dont know what to talk about. My prof. says my intro is good but i need more direction with my paper ,,,,,
(this was at the end of my intro) I
I will discuss how women entrepreneurs formed they’re business, the challenges and obstacles they are faced with, and how there techniques and creativity turned into successful businesses.

I work with mostly women and have had a female boss for 18 years. I think one of the major challenges facing women is themselves:
They can deter themselves with their own self-doubt.
They are competitive against each other, often defeating themselves in the process.
Once in the business, distractions such as relationships and family compete for their time.
Strong women can be seen as "uppity" or not team oriented. BS!
Stay focused but also keep business partners and staff informed.
Don't get caught up in company inter-relationships! Huge issue! You can't make everyone happy so don't try. There will be disappointments but as long as you have a good business reason and it's good for the majority then stand by your convictions.
