How in the world did Soledad O’Brien ended up being labeled a black journalist?

I am starting to really hate CNN. I don't understand when they aired something that interesting about Black entrepreneurs and Black techs. They showed this white women Soledad O’Brien. Why? And who in the world let the broad join the National Association of Black Journalists? She's not even black?
I know she's mixed but damn...Why can't CNN have a real sista? LOL

@Jessica W....You know she's not a light skin Black person she biracial. If I want to see some kind of Black representation, why have a non black person leading the segment? If she's black, then I'm Asian. LOL

Her mother was a Black Cuban. And just look at Jennifer Beals, her father was also Black, but she looks really White.

Honestly it makes no sense when Blacks claim Obama is Black but shun people like Derek Jeter,soledad O'Brien & Jennifer Beals.
