Women Entrepreneur

Would a man be embarrassed to win the best women entrepreneur in business?

I am looking at some funding for women to set up in business from a UK city, The best business award is also open to men [ i am not sure if the funding is] I wondered if a man would feel strange if he won the best Entrepreneur women business title.
BTW I would be glad for him if he did.
The award was open to men.
I am not sure of the funding , I might not be entitled to funding myself as a semi non UK resident.
They might not like my buisnesss either lol
I think in this current economic climate all funding should be pooled and open to both sexes.
I was surprised that a council actually two were targeting women's business.I thought they would be accused of being sexist.

I don't understand the premise.

Why wouldn't it just be "best entrepreneur in business" if it includes men?

Would you feel comfortable with "Best Man Entrepreneur in Business"?
