if u r talking about biological devt then u can talk about hormonal changes and all that stuff
other part of women development is the societal development.like amit has said women cant exist without men(which is a total bullshit),many theorist say dis.

and how the identity goes diff from men.not conciding or being parallel with man.

What is the role of women emancipation in development?

I'm not sure what you mean by development. You didn't say in what field. If you mean women's emancipation from the home to the work force, there are a lot of things to be considered. Women are now attending colleges and universities in ever increasing numbers. They have invaded every profession with great success, from sports to medicine to archeology and engineering. In the field of politics women are beginning to have a voice to be reckoned with, as they always did, only they are no longer standing behind a man, but rather leading the way. I could go on and on here but without a peg to hang my hat on, so to speak, I'll stop right here. Hope this helps you in some way.
