Do we need affirmative action in the National Basketball Association?

One category of citizens seems over-represented, and I only know of one Asian, a handful of Hispanics, and zero Native-Americans. Also...no women! If affirmative action is good in Joe Average's business, it's got to be good for the NBA too, right?
I have nolee...but honestly, the WNBA is more evidence that there is an unfair advantage to men...compare the salaries.

chicka, imagine you own a business and you want to hire the person who will make you the most money...and you have to make sure you have the right number of "this, that, and the other", regardless of whether they are the best or not. That seems retarded too.
