Women As Entrepreneurs
Is anybody else sick of seeing "women and minorities" getting preferential treatment?
I filled out a job application using Monster.com. It asked for my race. I check "white." The application sent to the employer showed, "not a diversity hire."
I recently started a business and perused the SBA website. It seems there are a lot of resources "women and minorities" and nothing little for average white male entrepreneurs.
In the companies I work for, they fire the lazy white people but don't fire the lazy black people. They hire minorities more than whites.
I've grown up and went to college hearing rhetoric depicting white men as racists with an easy life, who wake up every morning with the thought "how can I keep the black man down today?"
Is anybody else sick of this? How did it become so okay to use terms like "women and minorities" to isolate white men?
Today, this country is in a state of political correctness gone haywire! I am a white woman, and I completely get where you're coming from even as a woman. Situations like yours used to frustrate me until I accepted the fact that that just the way it is and there's nothing I can do about it. When you begin to embrace it rather than fight it- the sting is not so bad.
I try to imagine myself in their shoes.

Am I degrading white women?
I'm what you can call a "entrepreneur" who specializes in "party favors" and "gum drops". Most of the "gum drops" I sell as of now happen to be like Adderall and Ambien. White women seem to love these "gum drops" and once I get them hooked they're willing to do some freak stuff. I can make them do "something strange for some change" if you will. Now don't get me wrong I sell my "gum drops" to white men too but I don't swing that way so they gotta pay.
What business schools are going to if you want to be an entrepreneur? And what type of real business do you want to own? Well most of the men I know that are entrepreneurs that want to own businesses. Usually go to school for it, therefore they do not attempt to sell any type of drugs at all. Because it would be hard to own a business with a criminal record or with a bad sense of character.
And no you are more like a disgrace to mankind and especially to black people. Most people already expect us to do something like this. Here you are proving these stereotypes correct. I can see if you were selling drugs for your children and family which would make me somewhat respect you a little. But instead you are a drug dealer getting women hooked and then making them do nasty things. Most little boys try and say they are an entrepreneurs to get girls to like them. But any smart girl or woman would not fall for that game. I mean unless you are going to a legit school for it then that makes you unemployed with no dreams or real future.
