Irony about women and leadership roles ?
Women can be leaders too right ?
Surely a woman can lead just as well as a man right ?
Surely leadership is a quality that can be equally present in any person regardless of gender ?
If that is the case, then why is it that women still go stir crazy for a man in some sort of leadership position ? And hardly the other way around ?
Why do women still (more so than men) think that leadership skills is an absolute quality in any potential mate ?
I know my Puddin' sometimes loves me being the leader

I think generalities should be avoided. I've had good and bad in both sexes as bosses.
