what is not the lazer dazzler not for civilain sale to the disabled in wheelchairs?

i wanna buy that really bad but...its not for civilain sales an im a diabled guy in a wheelchair an im wondering why this can not be for me. because its 100& safe an wont harm anyone.

i rather carry that then a gun an have to shoot an kill someone who is trying to take advantage of me..i need police officer reponese retired cops an goverment officals to respond to this only please.

i would like for those in power now or retired to push for those to be sold to people who wanna protect themselves an not have to worry about answering to a judge on why they killed a person for self defense because explaining my self to that would not be very easy.

I would fight this being legal to carry.

They cause blindness and could be a serious public threat.

Can anyone give me tips on self-defense for a disabled person? I'm not in a wheelchair, but I do use a cane..?

I wear leg braces and use a cane; I have no feeling whatsoever in my hands, and I can only see a blur if I lose my glasses. Any suggestions?

1. You can use a cane as a blocker to block any blows.

2. You can use your can as a bat.

3. Take your cane and hit the kneecaps.

4. Take your cane and hit the outside of the ankles.

5. Take your cane and hit the person's private parts.

6. Take your cane and hit the top of the hands.

7. Take your cane and hit the wrists.

8. Take your cane and hit the outer elbows.

9. Take your cane's hook and use it to hit the underneath of the chin. The person's head will go back.

10. Take the cane and put the cane low between their legs and walk quickly around the person. The cane will rotate with you and the person will be tripped and will fall down. You might want to be in back of the person when you do this. The person will be forced to bend over if they want to try to get the cane.

11. The main object is to use your cane to Disabled the attacker enough in order for you to escape from the attacker.
