Mens footwear in the uk?

in boots size 10 are to big as me feet slip round in them and size 9 fit me just about and you not get 9.5 i the uk so what can do and also in
traners i found no problems with feet size yeit and i have got flat feet so i need insole with a arach in them like the ones in this link
