To Business minded guys, would you rather be an entrepreneur or work for a woman entrepreneur?
Hello, When I was younger (and more macho), I only wanted to be an entrepreneur. However, I have begun working for quite some time for a female friend who I greatly admire as an entrepreneur. I enjoy being given direction by a truly inspiring leader who knows how to take charge and set things into action. I enjoy doing research to see alternative possibilities, plan a course of action, and execute on behalf of her. She makes great decisions regarding short and long term plans, gives constructive criticism, and can be compassionate yet assertive. I love working for her so much, that I no longer care to ever to be an entrepreneur. Some of my macho friends laugh at me for preferring working for a great woman entrepreneur, rather than having my own business. So, just wondering guys if you could choose would you rather be an entrepreneur or be a top employee to a great woman entrepreneur?
I think the fact that you are working for a woman has nothing to do with the fact that you are enjoying your work.
Obviously the desire to be an entrepreneur is different from being satisfied to work for anyone.
I am happy running my own company, but I could work for anyone who inspired me.
