It is understood and agreed upon that due to the unpredictable and violent nature of certain individuals, the information, techniques and strategies taught and the safety products sold for personal safety may not work 100% in every possible situation.

It is also understood and agreed upon that certain cities, states and countries may prohibit the possession and or use of safety products provided by and sold by WSEG. It is the responsibility of you to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession and use of these products. You also warrant and represent that you are of legal age to purchase said safety items.

You indemnify and hold WSEG free and harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, loss and damage or expenses arising from your training and participation in any demonstrations or trainings. Also any claims, liability, loss, damage, and expenses arising out your possession, use or misuse of any information, methods, or products provided to you by WSEG, seeable or not foreseeable.
