What martial art is right for me?

I'm 14, I have a 4.0 GPA. I'm aggressive, but I have excellent self control. I've never been in a fight, I avoid them at all costs. I am 5'5 about 120 pounds.(lean muscle) I am a running back, line backer, and kick return in a advanced football league. I'm looking for a intense real self-defense system. I know of Systema and Krav Maga but I've yet to do any real research into them. Any suggestions are helpful!

No offense to some marial arts but I'm only intrested in no nonsense self-defense.
I'll take all the pain that comes along with the martial art. I know I could handle myself in a fight, I just want to be able to finish it and be done with it. I'm a very dedicated person and I'm willing to work for years to master the martial art.
Can you please give me some info along with your suggestions? It'd be appreciated!

Brazilian Jujitsu is a great one for self defense. There's a lot of grappling and ground techniques that are very helpful for situations where standing and trading punches isn't the best option. There's also a lot of emphasis on using leverage to take down a guy who's bigger than you.

What's better Russian Systema or Krav Maga?

Like if Russia & Israel went to war & by chance 2 practioners were face-to-face who would win in a full on street fight. The Systema trainer or his Krav Maga equivelant. 2 men 5'10'' 180ibs in equal setting like an empty street & dont say "oh well it depends" im not looking for that im asking what a better martial art for self-defense would be so take your sh!t somewhere else if your gonna waste my time it would be much appreciated but other than that maybe the only variable would be each would need a knife to keep the story logical haha im asking because it was cool what people said about Krav Maga & CQC
