How did Queen Victoria change or challenge the status of women with in the Christian church?

The question says it all

She didn't. She was a figurehead- a symbol of the social hierarchy that existed in nineteenth century Britain and she didn't seek to change the status quo as regards class and gender either in the church or in society as a whole.

Supplying jobs and lowering unemployment rates (especially among women)

increased education on contraceptives

increased availability to contraceptives

greater health care availability ( many families in developing countries rely on subsistence farming and therefore need many children to help on the farm. Women often have a multitude of children because of high infant fatality rates to ensure there will be children to work the farm)
