Can i please have some help with my small business? ideas needed!?

I run a small indoor pirate themed children's soft play and i have been offered to have the building next to mine. I want to expand my business bu i was looking for some ideas of what to use it for. its 6000 square metres and i would like to keep the pirate theme. At the moment, ideas to exclude because i have already thought of them are: laser emporium, bar, skittles, Roller skating rink. I need some new ideas!

Does any one have any small business ideas suitable to be undertaken in a small town?

Am stuck on homework project as i cant think of an idea suitable for a small town.
We've got clothes shops, shoe shops, sweet shops, garden centers ETC ETC.
I thought about a pet boutique selling posh pet Accessories - which would probably work in Los Angeles but not a small town

One of the small businesses that goes well in small communities is a resale shop. Clothing and small appliances with a gift line.
I have done this in my town of 350 and it not only works but draws from neighboring towns. You can work most merchandise on consingment or just buy outright and mark up your shop
