Is there a self defense technique for this?

Okay, this is mostly towards like a woman that might be raped or whatever. I'm writing a story and I'm trying to think of a way to solve this. Anyway. So a guy attacks the girl and holds her down. He has her arms both pinned above her head and her legs pinned down by his legs. Is there a technique to get him off? I don't think there is but if there is. Please tell me. A video that has it would be great if possible. Thanks!

That sounds like a wrestling hold called a "double grapevine" or a "Saturday Night"

Obviously, he cannot stay in this position and do much of anything. All he can do is hold her and assaults are not static. He's going to have to let go of an arm or release a leg in order to do whatever it is he wants to do. That is when the intended victim can react.

If he's between the legs (like a full guard), the best bet is to pull up either or both legs, put the feet on the attacker's hips or anywhere close, and push hard. That will clear the attacker and give the victim a chance to get up and get away.

If he's on her abdomen (full mount), then bring up the knees to knock the attacker in the back or rear end hard. Put the feet down as close your own rear end as possible and try to buck off the attacker, rolling to one side. If that doesn't work, keep bashing him with the knees or use one of her ankles to hook his, pull it toward her, and roll to that side. This also puts her in a good position to counter attack his face or groin before escaping.
