cause im considering buying a 9mm double action revolver (stainless) to stow away for hard times.
so i can whip it out, and make sure its completley reliable, and indestructible for self defense.
and so theres a plentiful supply of ammunition. (i have a phobia of anarchy)
You're probably on the right track thinking 9mm.
However, a 9mm double action stainless revolver narrows your selection down to one choice, the Taurus model 905 for a new one.
Unless you're looking at an older S&W M940? If so, BUY THAT GUN! Those are becoming somewhat rare, and because it's a S&W and not a Taurus it will always remain a desirable handgun.

Is a war here, a good thing if no nukes are used and we prevail?
Manufacturing after ww2 got us out of the depression. If war breaks out in Korea we would be right smack dab in the middle of it. We would have to proudcue weapons and supplies for the war effort. Of course it would add to our massive debt, but in the end we could begin to chizzel away at it. this is, if china doesn't step in. If we simply assist the South china won't attack the U.S, since we would be acting in self defense. Do i want a war? Of course not, but if one come, and we play our cards right, It could turn into a U.S gain. Your thoughts?
No because China would probably have to manufacture all of our supplies. Since we have shipped most of our manufacturing to them and other countries.
