Question about Marshal Arts & Self Defense ?
My instructor has trained me so that I could kill some one if I was ever attacked. I hope that I will never have to kill any Stupid person that try's to attack me, I guess my question is that why do some guys think that it is ok for them to attack women.and I like it when a guy gets his But kicked by a woman when they try to do something stupid like attacking them.
That reminds me of that 18 years old girl who was attacked by five guys. She killed one of them and sent the others to the hospital and then she got sued!
I was like "you go girl!".
Some guys will attack women because they think it's easy and they're drunk and for them, no means yes.
If you know martial arts and you could easily kill someone with your bare hands, you also should be able to restrain yourself as to not hurt a guy who’s just stupid and drunk. It’s like using a gun. You have to learn the safety features.

Am I doing the right thing?
I've trained in Krav Maga and Modern Arnis for several years. I don't have anywhere near master experience, but I do have enough knowledge to defend myself against anything anyone gives me and I usually do it very efficiently.
So I've gotten all my female friends into learning self defense, only that I'm the instructor. I strongly believe women learning self defense in today's world is a must. Even though I'm not an expert, I can get my what I know across to my friends. I told them that I'm not an expert, but they said defense is defense and if you can defend, you're doing it right.
Should they keep training with me or should I tell them that I'm misleading them and they should go to a real school?
First, Thank you for being honest and humble. I believed that you're doing a great service by sharing what you know. You have the passion and the right noble attitude. This are few of the many path of becoming a good teacher in the martial arts.
Let your student be your judge, don't worry about being an "expert". As long as your not making any outrageous claims of being a master of the martial arts, your student will enjoy training with you.
Many masters who have been teaching for more than 50 years, do not see themselves as masters. They still consider students of the art, nothing more, nothing less.
Lastly, don't neglect your own training, the more you train, the more you can give back !
