dvd's like insanity or P90X for worksout, is there videos or dvd's that teachs martial arts like taekwondo or muay tai, anything self defense ???
if so, just list them
(aha just so you know the reason why i ask this is because i like martial arts. it's not like i'm someone who's afraid cuz he's caught up in a fight)
The nice part about workouts is so long as you move, you're getting the benefit.
Much of martial arts is in the details, and to learn the details, you need to be corrected by a qualified instructor. Otherwise, it's just dancing and flailing about like a fool 
You can't learn from DVDs without already knowing what they're teaching. Quite the quandary, I know, but if you learn how to have eyes for the art (from training with a good instructor), the DVDs will give you a chance to see the technique done over and over in a way that gives you a chance to examine it for the principles. That's their use, no matter what their marketing says.

Instructional video trading?
Is anyone intrested in martial arts instructional videos. I have a large amount of instructional video and enjoy trading them out for new and diff. videos. My collection has the older 70's and 80's self defense type video up to modern s.d. I have a large amount of mma fights. All would be "backup" copies. I never allow originals to leave my house. I use DVD + as a medium of transfer. I have all kinds of styles and systems, even those I do not find important myself. I keep a library of ma info. on dvd, for not only myself but for others. A list can be emailed to you if your intrested.
Well, I would be interested in knowing more details on what you have to offer.
