What does the term "grab, squeeze, pull" mean in women's self defense?

I've never taken a self defense course but I recently heard it's a method taught.

It does what it says on the tin...

Grab, his parts. Squeeze. Pull.

Simple, very effective, but not something you should do until absolutely necessary.
