or a group of girls, or by a groin shot, is is seriously not ok to hit back? groin shots can cause cancer, its SO sexist how girls can get away with this. if any girl tries it on me, they will be eating through straws for the rest of their life. boys to, of course.
really, say a girl si hitting a guy and kicking him when hes down causing extreme pain..... is it SERIOUSLY unacceptable to hit her hard enough to shatter his/her brains out? i think it is

If any females get away with it, is because you males fail to report it. How is that sexist?

If you can walk away from the abuse, you can't claim self-defense. If shes constantly hitting and kicking you, causing you extreme pain then you can by all means use reasonable force to defend yourself, that doesn't mean you shatter their brains out.

Once the threat stops, you stop. Revenge or punishment as you've mentioned, "they will be eating through straws for the rest of their life" is not a form of self-defense.

I am a woman looking for a class to learn the basics of pistol shooting for target practice/range shooting. Not interested in a self-defense course. St. Paul/Minneapolis MN area.

Find out where your local gun ranges are in your area. The gun range can be indoor or outdoor (I tend to prefer outdoor ones), and ask them what type of classes they offer. Many of the larger gun clubs or shooting ranges tend to have tons of classes and there are classes just for women. You could also check out the NRA website, as their site has a lot of information and you might be able to find some helpful information there.
