How should I sue this person?
I have never pressed charges on anyone please help!!!
I was stocking overnight at work minding my business, and next thing you know WHAM this girl punches me in the back of the neck and pulls me to her. This girl is 6 ft im 5 ft 10. My neck hurts really bad, its hard for me to study, and kinda hurts to turn my neck. I know the girl had liked me but I dont pay attention to her.
I told my manager he said he would take care of it. But I want her to stay away from me, learn not to mess with me, and I want money to pay for any treatment I decide to have.
What should I do? How should I go about pressing charges? I didnt defend myself because I cant hit a woman; self defense?
Please help, I would like to file a lawsuit against the company and the sasquach i mean the girl.

How do I go about showing damages? My neck just hurts really bad, no bruises or anything. What if the security has the incident on tape?
First you need to call the police and report the crime.
As far as a civil suit goes you have to have damages before you can sue and win anything. If you sue your employer you will probably loose your job and it doesn't sound like you have enough damages to make it worth it.
