personal self defense, what to expect?

i am not a very physically active person and i recently started working out at our local gym to get ready for a personal self defense class i signed up for at college. What should i expect? what will be taught and what clothing is best suitable for a class like this? I figured tighter like yoga clothes but i honestly have no clue

I was an assistant instructor at a self defense class. You will want to wear loose comfortable clothing like a t-shirt and sweat pants, and athletic shoes. You are going to be taught to avoid going places alone at night, and to avoid poorly lit areas. Then you will be taught practical striking techniques and stomping techniques, with an emphasis on running away from the threat.

Does cologne really work?

I just bought some new cologne I saw advertised on television. I put some on and I'm about to go to the store for some soy milk. What's the best way to deal with women when they start attacking me in public, ripping off my clothes, etc. Should I dress in layers? Is it appropriate to use evasive intermediate/advanced self defense techniques or would this only serve to make me seem more irresistable than I already am? Or should I just run away really fast? (but not too fast, because secretly I'd like to get caught.)
