How to Learn Self Defense at Home?
Being able to defend myself would make me more confident in all aspects of life. And I want that. I don't want to take karate classes or anything.
Do you guys know of any Course online (videos, DVDs, books etc) which can help me do this?
P.S: I assume your suggestions are drawn from personal experience on which works and which doesn't.
You cannot learn from home, you need proper instruction under a qualified instructor to correct your mistakes.

how does mace work in self defense? the guy you're spraying can just close his eyes once he sees your mace?
or does it do something else to the face/skin too
what if you aim at his eyes and he's wearing glasses
Once mace hits the offender's skin, it will start to burn. It also will go into his nose/mouth when he breathes. Mace/Pepper spray burns the skin and makes the eyes water and burn, the nose run, and the mouth burn.
