Cant find kinda switchblade i want?

I'm looking around amazon for a cheap switchblade
no im not looking to stab anyone. just find it good for self defense and i want one cause they're pretty cool.
but im finding under where i searched switchblade
either a fat knife
or something like this (which is what i want)

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000PJ8HL0/ref=s9_k2ah_gw_ir01?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-3&pf_rd_r=0JX7C5GE8WENGNC8AR1A&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938811&pf_rd_i=507846

BUT it says folding knife so im not sure if its a SWITCHblade or not.
Is it a switchblade? And if it isn't what is a good SWITCHblade like the one there.
which is skinny 3 inchers like one of the old timey switchblades you see in old gang movies
dont worry about if its legal or not. in florida i believe it is as long as its not concealed

Sorry man, amazon and ebay don't sell switchblades... It's a scam...
That stiletto you linked there does not have a safety-lock or a deployment button, which are traditional (and necessary) of all stilettos designed like that.... It's spring-assisted probably, where you have to push it a bit before the spring kicks in (to make it legal on amazon or ebay)

If you want a real auto knife, go to the flea market,

or sites like bladeplay.com (Well-known switchblade site)
I know many people who ordered something off that specific site with no trouble at all.

Is 357 Magnum a good self-defense caliber?

I feel the need to buy a gun for self defense. I was looking at a sales flyer for the Ruger SP-101 3" barrel revolver. It chambers 357 magnum. Is 357 magnum a big enough caliber to stop an intruder, or should I consider something bigger like a 40 cal or 45?
Also, is $409 a good deal for that particular revolver?

.357 is a great gun for all purposes. a .357 Mag can shoot .38 Special rounds which are cheaper, therefore better for target practice. Using .357 Mag rounds is also a good for hunting(if thats what you like to do) and excellent for self defense. Ive read the Secret Service issues them as sidearms for protectees as well.

Judge Dread: If you are, in fact, a judge, you should have that position taken away from you. Its people like you who discourage self defense that get Americans killed. So, indirectly you helped a murderer complete his mission. You are a great service to the community.
