Safety Shoes

do they make safety shoes like composite safety shoes for diabetics?

Yes, but they are hugely expensive and enormously uncomfortable.

Do not even think of getting some unless your feet and ankles are swelled double what they should be. Get a proper fitting, enough space for foot to wiggle, in a regular safety shoe. Get the best socks you can afford. Socks should be the featured item, not the shoes.

I like socks from hiking lists best. no seams and fit well. thick enough to protect foot.
