Safety Shoes Slip On

what do you think about slip-on grip for ice traction on shoes ?

these are rubber slip on with studs in them any ideas about safety or usefulness?



I know several people who own them and they're great from what I hear. In response to having them called lame, I would wager that slipping and falling on ice is more lame than shoe grips.
