Sabre Self Defense

Question for gun experts (about bullet grain weight)?

I recently purchased a Glock model 20, and was looking for the best load for self defense (against humans). I was looking at Doubletap Ammo's website, and they advertise their loads as follows:

155gr Gold Dot jhp @ 1475fps - 13.5" / .88"

165gr Gold Dot jhp @ 1400fps - 14.25" / 1.02"

180gr Golden Saber jhp @ 1330fps - 16.0" / .85"

200gr XTP @ 1250fps - 19.5" / .72"

What are your opinions?
Which grain weight would work best?
Pooh Bear, I am not interested in what you gun grabbing liberals have to say. I would love to see you defend your family using martial arts, when multiple intruders break into your house with guns aimed at you intuding to rape your spouse and kill your kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I meant to say intending, not intuding....LOL

So, the easy answer is, any of the these are fine, shoot the one that runs the most reliably in your Glock first, shoot the one that you shoot the best second. However, assuming all of them are equal ...

Based on this list I would say the 165gr Gold Dot jhp. I believe the first number - 14.25" has to do with penetration in a standard ballistic gelatin and the second number is the expanded round diameter.

In a self defense round, the larger the diameter the larger the wound channel you create. The larger the wound channel, the greater the soft tissue damage, the greater the "stopping power". Further, in a hollow point it is the expansion that limits the shoot through effect, so you want the largest most reliable expansion you can get. This typically means a lighter round with higher velocity.

Now, if you live on a farm or other circumstances where over penetration isn't much of an issue for you, I'd then recommend the 200 grain XTP, because ripping a 3 quarter of an inch hole all the way through something is pretty good stopping power.

What is the best 10mm Auto load for self defense?

I own a Glock model 20, and was looking for the best load for self defense (against humans). I was looking at Doubletap Ammo's website, and they advertise their loads as follows:

(1.) 135gr jhp @ 1600fps - 11.0" / .70" (frag nasty)
(2.) 155gr Gold Dot jhp @ 1475fps - 13.5" / .88"
(3.) 165gr Gold Dot jhp @ 1400fps - 14.25" / 1.02"
(4.) 180gr Golden Saber jhp @ 1330fps - 16.0" / .85"
(5.) 180gr XTP @ 1350fps - 17.25" / .77"
(6.) 180gr Gold Dot JHP @ 1300fps - 15.25" / .96"
(7.) 200gr XTP @ 1250fps - 19.5" / .72"

Which would be best (heavy or light)

Personally, I prefer two loads. The 165 grain bullets for their added mass and penetration without giving up too much velocity. Or the 135 grain bullets for the most velocity and energy to dump into the target. I was unimpressed with the 180 grain loads, and the 150-155 grain bullets just seem to be splitting the difference between my preferred loads without exceeding either. If you are some place where heavier clothing is the norm, go with the 165 grain loads. If it is summer, or heavy jackets are uncommon, go with the 135 grain loads. And just as a side note, my experience with these is in a .400 Corbon, not a 10mm. Almost the same, but your mileage may vary. And if you had to nail me down to one load, it would be the 165 grain bullets. At 1300-1400 fps, they will ruin anybody's day.
