where can i get pepper spray?

That's not entirely true. You can order from a site like http://www.ledefensetech.com/pepperpen.htm and not use a credit card. Just choose ofline ordering at the checkout page. It would probably be best to send in a money order rather than a check, otherwise your check might get held for clearance, since a money order has been paid for, funds will clear as soon as it is deposited.

Do be careful with the pepper pen as it does not have a safety on it and it is possible for you to spray yourself with it. I'd also practice with it so that you know how it works. If you do this please be sure you're downwind so you don't accidentally spray yourself.
