I'm designing a new urban womens clothing line that you can wear from the office to happy hour. Any ideas ?

The clothing line will be a sassy but classy womens clothing line for business women but still like to go out and have a good time as well. I'm kinda of stuck on a name right now, I want it to be catchy and classy.

how about "The Urban Woman"? I would think the line should be pieces that can be interchanged and can be used to create different looks. Also, the material can be a type of natural knit that is easy care, flows well, and even perhaps travels well.

How to raise money to start a new business?

I am a single, pregnant woman trying to make ends meet with my 9-5 and would also like to start a clothing line but don't have the $3.600 to pay for my business plan and was wondering if anyone had any real ideas on how I could come up with the money? I was going to get a second job waitressing but no one will hire an 8 month pregnant woman?

The economy is crashing. I seriously doubt any bank will give you a loan to start any business, especially a fashion business which is already highly competitive and over saturated. You'll be competing with movie stars that have tones of cash and use there fashion business as a hobby. Being pregnant does make it hard to find a job. Do you have any relatives or maybe your parents can take you in for a while?
