Which martial art has the most effective techniques in self-defense: Aikido, Tai Chi Chun, or Krav Maga?

It is likely to go in this order. Krav Maga > Aikido > Tai Chi Chun. Krav Maga actually teaches you how to defend yourself during situations such as carjacking, being held at gunpoint/knife point, or just simply being attacked. It's a defensive and offensive style. Aikido is mostly defensive but it takes timing and precision to execute your attacks. Tai Chi Chun as I recall is less likely to be used in combat.

Has anyone of you ever used self defense techniques in a real danger situation?

With this martial arts Krav Maga, Jiu- Jit Su, Kempo. I know that Taek-Kwon-Do is uneffective when there are knifes and guns in the situation, for example, Krav Maga has a lot of techniques for gun disarming while Taek-Kwon-Do are just kicks and few punch techniques.

Taekwondo is actually not ineffective at all when trained properly. It was developed as one of many systems for the korean military after WWII, and is currently trained to the US military as well as the South Korean militray. Choose whatever you wish to do or like the most, but remember, there is no better or best martial art. Trying to compare arts is like comparing painting styles. It has a lot of subjective points, and there's really no way of knowing. However, what we do know is that arts taught poorly, are completely and utterly useless. Thus your main focus should be on finding a good school, not what art is best.

Google a list of schools in your area. From here, compile a list of arts you feel are the most interesting or that you like the most. Once you have this list down, go visit the local schools of the style of your choice. While visiting these schools, make sure the instructor is knowledgable and that the school is not a McDojo. Once you have visited all the schools in your area and you have a good list of schools, decide which school you like the best or which one is cheaper, or closer, etc.
