Me and my wife wants open an italian restaurant in US looking for business partner anybody?

We are actually in Italy and want move in US, we have benn there once already and liked it!

That might be difficult from so far away. Probably best if you ran a classified ad in the market you select. Of the respondents a background check might be helpful. Then of course you would need to court the potential partners, and that would require meeting them. You might also consider hiring an attorney to discuss what kind of binding partnership contracts would will work best for you.
