a self defense question I just had to ask?

I was talking to my boss the other day at work and the subject of home defense came up. He is sorta anti-gun but respects others to own them for defense. Anyways he told me that in a HD situation where the invader is breaking into your house, you can not shoot the intruder if you have a escape route IE. door or window to get out by. I think this sounds like BS but I figured I would ask about it. How I understand HD is that if anyone breaks into your home you have the right to use lethal force to defend your self regardless if you could just run away like a coward. another one he was telling me was about a home owner that is serving 5 years because a robber fell through a skylight and died????WTF. What say you YA people ?

Under the Missouri Castle Doctrine, a person has the right to defend him or herself if someone breaks into their home. They can assume the intruder is breaking in to do bodily harm to them, so that justifies homeowners to use lethal force if they have to in order to protect themselves.

The Castle Doctrine was passed into law in 2007 by an overwhelming 32-2 vote.

Why dont they make and use bigger calliber air rifles for Self defense and combat....?

if .22 airgun is lethal, can an air gun be made to shoot 9mm luger bullet projectile a the same speed as of 9mm pistol.

Go to your local library and check out a book on the history of air guns!
You will be surprised at the size of some of the airguns made in the past for both self defense and hunting.
