Is this Sexist against men?

I don't understand how this can be a charity when there are so many more worthy causes out there.
Plus do women really need this most female entrepreneurs start off in the same position as male ones.
Read the mission statement:

I believe in equality but I think this goes against that as I have never heard of anything like this for males.

Yeah it is. Where men have to actually work to start their own businesses (except for those who inherit money, but that's a family thing and can also happen to women) women now have a way to skip the whole part of getting that money, it's just handed to them.
Women entrepreneurs who did work their way up should be the most offended of all in my opinion.

What's the point then? To make over 50% of all businesses in the US owned by women?
Sam D is right in that this isn't illegal. But it is sexist. Imagine if this was directed at men. NOW would be having a fit.
Hunny Bunny- The overwhelming majority of white men can't afford to start our own businesses. It's a small number that can.
Look at the above quote taken directly from this website. Nearly half of all business in the US are owned by women. Seems to me that they don't exactly need it either if that many women are able to do it.
