If someone who is getting robbed, stabs a guy 5 times is it self defense?

a kid was recently killed who was 17, he tried to rob a guy and the guy stabbed the kid 5 times. is this self defense or murder? as the kid passed him by, the guy pulled out his knife, and when the kid alledgadly attacked him the guy stabbed him 5 times. self defense or murdeR?

If the robbery was over, and the kid was leaving, and the guy stabbed him THEN, then it's probably murder (or would be here). You cannot use Deadly Force if you are not reasonably in fear for your life. If the kid was leaving, then the threat is over and he attacked for no reason (no self defense).

Can a kid act in self Defense?

K so my friend got in trouble and he had to talk to the vice Principal the teacher and a Police Man so the teacher starts to poke him very Hard and my friend pushed him so the police man pushes my friend against the lockers and twist his arm. Is that OK

Under the circumstances you have described your friend does not have the right to "act in self defense." You act in self defense only when you are in fear for your life or your safety. Your friend wasn't in fear - he had an attitude and was behaving like a punk when he assaulted the teacher by pushing him.

The police officer could have thrown him to the ground, put him in handcuffs, and tossed him in the back of a patrol car.
