The Fight Lab Or Xtreme Fit Self Defense?
Should I Sign up in The Fight Lab or Xtreme fit self defense which are both in Murrieta Ca and If I am going to sign up in The Fight Lab Im going to sign up in Muay Thi but if im going to sign up in Xtreme Fit im going to sign up in either kickboxing or krav maga which gym is better and what should I sign up in Muay thai, Kickboxing, or Krav Maga?
Do you want self defense or combat/match fight training?
Krav Maga is a self defense style with no rules. Therefore it has no competitions.
I'm guessing the kickboxing there is also taught in a self defense manner and may not offer tournaments/single matches.
Otherwise kickboxing offers tournaments and fights.
Muay Thai is Thai Kickboxing and guessing from the name is a competitive club teaching and training you for matches and will likely spar a lot. (additional equipment might be required after a while)
NOT self defense, but instead trains for combat done under controlled rules in a ring.(Or cage if you want to do MMA)
Will give you more battle experience, though.

I have Anterior Compartment Syndrome in my legs and recently recovered from a stress fracture?
I still have a large number of shin splints on my right tibia and it still hurts to put pressure on it with my fingers. I'd really like to take a women's kickboxing and self defense class but am wondering if this is a bad idea for my leg. My doctor told me to stay away from running/walking and stick to biking or swimming, but what about this kind of exercise? I really would love to take self defense classes. Help!
If you've fully recovered from a stress fracture, you could do any activities that's not causing pain. DON'T do exercises that causes pain without talking to an expert, this will most likely make the pain worse. It's hard to tell if you get pain from kick boxing, I think you should try it, and see how it goes. The pain from anterior compartment syndrome, usually occurs when running, when your foot strikes the ground, kicking in the air should be fine, but fast movement causing pain is not good. Standing on one leg while kicking may also put too much pressure on the leg you're standing on, causing pain, but usually no pain will occur as long as you stand still.
