I think I want to do my essay on a successful business woman BUT?
not one like Oprah. I want someone who isn't "famous" to that degree but has done that much and/or more. But I don't know who.
I've been thinking (and dreading) doing this essay because I have to be able to relate in some way. Since I would like to be a successful entrepreneur,I can relate somewhat.
Several come to mind. Mary Kay Ash (Mary Kay Cosmetics), Meg Whitman (Ebay), Carly Fioina (Lucent and HP), Anita Roddick (The Body Shop), Sheila Blair (chairwoman, FDIC, and in the news a lot now), Martha Stewart, Estee Lauder, Debbie Fields.
