Business ideas for high school freshman?

I need some ideas for an Ag class SAE project. I'm interested in entrepreneurship and wanna start a business. Nothing too big, but i need to provide a service or product that i've made and can sell

Try the convientional method of a lawn mower service, its inexpensive to gather the required equipment, cost of advertising is just the cost of printing fliers.

Areas of science where there is little entrepreneurship or innovation?

I have to do an assignment of an area of science that has shown little or no innovation in Australia but ideas about areas internationally would be good too.
It has to be something that I am familiar with so something to do with biology maybe but any suggestions would be a great help.
I also have to suggest ways in which innovation could be boosted in this industry and the bennefits it would have on that industry and the Australian economy.
Any ideas would be REALLY helpfull.

Since Science is/should not be subject to entrepreneurship or innovation, those being aspect of business and technology (which is the application of science) it is a bit tough to bring it to focus - especially when the places it has been done seem a bit obnoxious - like the Genome race.
