How was the internet effected social awareness and empowerment the middle-east?
I'm writing a paper on how the internet and other cellular technologies have effected the social awareness of the people that live in the middle east & the "self empowerment" that followed.
Self empowerment might be a little leaky, I'm still in the process of fine tuning my underlaying question. Do any of you know of any good articles out there that relate to this topic. Can you refer me to any? You help would be much appreciated.

Has a white person ever sued a minority empowerment program?
I want to know if a white person has ever been rejected by a minority empowerment program because they are not a minority according to the program's requirements, and sued them for racial discrimination. Does anyone know?
