Who here in an entrepreneur with a college degree?

I want answers mostly from anyone that is an entrepreneur and went to college? What degree to you have? I am having trouble understanding these stupid classes for my degree. I want to know if you actually use them in the business daily. If not, which ones should i concentrate on?

I am an entrepreneur and I went to college and got my MBA. The business courses are a good foundation for understanding the building blocks of business. However, I cannot say I use them in my every day dealings as an entrepreneur. Some of the most successful entrepreneurs I have met have little more than a high school education. The best way to find out if owning your own business is for you, is to start one while you are in school. You will be able to apply your classroom knowledge into your business and I think you will find success at both!

Why do I have the urge to become a entrepreneur?? I am only 20/m in college. but i want it so bad!!?

There is something inside me thats telling me that I really am suppose to be or am going to eventually be a entrepreneur i dunno why? How come I feel like this? I only ran a amazon and ebay store and often sell stuff on the side. Most of the time I gained profit from it all. But is it really for me?? Am I just over thinking things?

Being an entrepreneur has a lot of benefits to go with it. If this is where your heart is leading you to, then I suggest you follow what it says. I know a lot of different people in different industries that make an incredible amount of money. They chose to "step out of their little box" and make something of there lives. They each chose an opportunity that they felt would change their lives. Which it very well did. From bottom of the barrel income earners to top money makers. Look at Donald Trump, R Kiyosaki etc. They are all entrepreneurs that at one time in their lives had nothing, until they made the change. You can too. You have to think beyond these people who think it can't happen, or say if it's too good to be true it probably isn't. This is a crock. Look where their lives are. They don't make a sufficient amount of money, maybe an average income or less. If that's the lifestyle you want, then stick with what your doing now. But if you want a real opportunity to make an incredible amount of money, then step outside of your box. Most people don't, and most stay in the lifestyle that they lead now, always complaining about what they don't have and what they want etc. Is that what you want?

A friend of mine created a blog on her yahoo page on Home based Business opportunities for on line and offline businesses. There are several different ones in different industries to take a look at and see which ones you think you'd be interested in. Also a lot of information that you should read about on home based businesses, blogs, reports, scams and the BBB. It's not too long, just some issues that people need to know in regards to businesses. Some things are eye openers. When getting into entrepreneurship, this information is a good thing to know.
