know any good self defense or martial art school in Boston for children?

I'm looking for children below teen years and ideally would like a school geared more toward practical self defense instead of sport.

If you had to offer your 4-years-old child a real grenade for his self defense,...?

... how would you prevent him/her from harm.
1. hide it till they grow up?
2. inform about the danger and hope he/she obeys?
3. forget about and yourself protect he/she forever?
4. or...?

Well first I'd give my kid the grenade and tell him NOT to pull out the pin. Then I'd invite my worst enemy to live in my house, fully aware that he'd tell my child to pull the pin, despite my warning.

Whatever happened from that point forward is my 4-year-old child's fault not mine.
