Please tell me the best business which women can do?
i am working women , now planning to start a small business, which is best to do with investment of 1 lac.
I'm not sure what country your in, but in any county I've found that home based businesses are more profitable, easier to run and don't have the overhead that traditional businesses do.
If you really want to make a suffiicient amount of income, I suggest you start your own home based business. The income opportunity is incredible in home based business. You just need to find one that you'd enjoy getting involved in and one that has a great compensation plan. Most home based business cost under $500. Some cost more depending on what it is you want to do.
I don't know what you like to do, so I can only tell you what my husband and I started over six years ago and point you out to some others to take a look at. Ours well supports our family of six. We have four children ages 10, 6, 3 and 20 months. Okay 5 kids if you count my husband! It is also becoming a major funding source for non-profit organizations.
We got involved in the telecommunications industry with a world wide company that's over 15 years old. We've been featured in several magazines Inc 500 rated us the 22nd fastest growing company. They offer services that people use every day and pay for anyway, but now they can have a lower cost. Services such as local and long distance phones, Internet, digital phones, video phones (you can see the person your taking to live)VOIP, Satellite TV, and all the major cellular phone companies like Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Alltell, Nextell etc. have partnered up with them too.
How many people do you know, or know of, that uses one or more of these services? How would you feel if you could save people money on services that they're already using? Every time they pay their bills each month, you make a percentage off these bills every single month. Huge income opportunity. It's incredible how much money is involved in this industry.
I also created a blog on my 360 page on home based business's. There's over half a dozen different ones to take a look at. Your more then welcome to browse through them for some ideas.

Women in business suits in which the trousers um cling to the bottom. How do people get away with it lol?
No woman would dream of wearing a business top that clung to the um top in the same way, so I get confused, lol.
I mean, the trouser thing is very very attractive.
But why is it acceptable business wear?
I'm thinking of deliberate clinginess.
Hmm....Although you might find it "very very attractive," we, women, certainly don't see it that way. My only guess is that those women most likely don't even know how "clingy" their trousers are, as people probably have never informed them of such a fashion faux-pas. Perhaps they're not wearing the right size, but a correctly-taylored professional suit would never drape in that manner. Although it might not necessarily be a direct violation of corporate policy to wear too-tight trousers, it is certainly an unacceptable form of professional attire. Most corporate policies do make clear statements toward "body conscious" clothing, which, in my work experience, supervisors and managers have addressed this issue with former coworkers in the form of "verbal counseling" and forewarned of "written counseling" if they didn't adhere to the policy. As such an "active observer," perhaps you should kindly point it out to them before they get written up.
