I am starting a fitness business...women only, offering PT and small group training. I focus on realistic, healthy goals.
I will be doing lots of outdoors fitness training 
that's a good question.You need a good name that will really tell people or ur potential customers what u are ,who u are and what u have to offer them... something like ur name fitness club i.e blossom fitness club,or blossom fitness and self developement club.

How do women in business work around men not accepting them as "one of the group"?
Just curious.
Men form cliques at work, most of the times men holding higher positions, and they don't really accept women into their cliques.
What are some methods to work around that for a woman?
I wouldn't mind going to strip clubs or talk about dating or whatever also. I just want to be accepted! I would play poker too, if i had the time (its a pretty long game though).
I realize without bonding to the "clique" i feel like an outcast, and that reduces my productivity for sure.
I work in a 99.9% male dominated industry...
Trucking.
When I first showed up on the scene, EVERYONE made sure to watch their language... Open doors for me... Get things out of the trucks for me so I wouldn't get dirty...
They TOTALLY changed their behavior because they were so afraid of being sentenced to "Sensitivity Training".
It took a VERY long time to reassure these people that I AM just "One Of The Guys" and to tell every disgusting story... Every blue joke... Swear as much as you want! I DON'T CARE!
I HATED being treated as if I were a dangerous animal that had to be coddled!
When people FINALLY realized that I just wanted to know them as WHO THEY WERE and not the PC Brainwashed Simpletons that they THOUGHT I would require... I really started to love what I do!
