What does it take to become a successful business women?

Ever since I was little I liked being in charge. and now that I'm close to college, I plan on studying business because I know I'll hate working for someone. So any tips/advice on how to be a successful business women or a women who just doesn't take crap?

How can I meet a business woman to start a relationship with her?

Does a guy like me have any chance with a successful business woman, as far as a relationship? Or do those kind of women only go for successful business men? I am a total loser, and can't see why any woman, especially a successful one, would want anything to do with me. I don't really have much to offer.
