Citgo gas station limits 1 Bethune student inside at a time. Do you think it's racist?

The store is run by a middle easterner. He claims students from Bethune Cookman University have been ripping off the store. http://www.bethune.cookman.edu/
Instead of finding the thieves, the black community is in an uproar. http://www.local6.com/news/15382291/detail.html
the manager's last name is Amid, so this isn't a white racist here.
Instead of yet another boycott, shouldn't the administrators tell the students that a few select members are ruining it for all of them?
Will the owner move locations to a nonblack area?
Will the owner lift the rule, and continue to lose money?
Will a black entrepreneur open a rival store and run him out of business?
Will Bethune students even steal from the black owned store?
Will Je$$e and our pal AL protest the store, or criticize the students for making black college students throughout the country look bad?

Oh Lord.

How in any way is this racism if the store owner is prohibiting more than one STUDENT from entering the store DUE TO theft?

This American "Play the Victim Card" is getting really old and really tiring.
