fight on the school bus?
on my bus the bus attendants moved seats around and put a chick who ive never got along with across from me. she flips out and starts yelling at the top of her lungs saying "no i don't want to sit up here with this asshole and the **** twins (i am the asshole and 2 kids in front of bus smell like cat piss and B.O.) i want to be back there with my friends" she keeps yelling for about 20 Min's and eventually starts getting in my face. and then she slaps my face while telling me off (i wasn't even listening to most of the crap she was saying because i usually just lay back and listen to my music) and when she slaps me i black out and im on top of her grabbing her neck while one of are friends pulls me off
what kind of trouble can i get in for this the cops just dropped me off at my house and said we don't need to know what happened and the bus attendants say it was self defense
more info= she is white/black and i am white goth kid
we are in the boces program
im 16 shes 14

Well ... I GUESS she can plead self-defense again! After all ... how many witnesses have recently overheard the Blair-Witch Project threaten (at LEAST 3 times, from my recollection) to push Tea out of another window ... to Tea's face? She can EASily say that Blair confronted her (which she did ... what business did she have to strut back into that courtroom and slap Tea?). Things got heated. Blair tried to push her out the window. In the struggle, well ... Blair took a flying leap!
I wonder if Blair will spend as much time in the hospital as Tea did ... or will she land on her feet, like the Black Cat she is???
Ooh! If Todd gets there in time, he can toss a broomstick out the window after Blair ... you know ... so she'll have something to levitate on before she hits the ground!
