Is there an anger control Martial Art?

I would like that one that would not be to hard to find a trainer, and one good for a person at the age for 14. Some self-defense moves would be great. I would like to do this to relieve stress, anger, get some discipline and maybe learn so basic self defense. Must be a good art for teens though

I want to be able to defend myself without getting super involved; what should I do?

I'm not a wimp, but I don't know how to defend myself against people who want to do me harm.

I want some basic background without getting super involved; I just want to know some techniques and moves. I have higher priorities so I don't want to spend a year in TKD or Karate because I can't handle homework and another sport.

Can anybody tell me some moves/techniques to use in self defense if someone is trying to harm me/kidnap me, etc?

a very effective move is called a bronchial stun. which is your neck. you basically swing your arm onto the side of their neck just above the shoulder, right at the base of the neck and hit it with your forearm. if you do it right your opponent will stumble to the ground possibly knocking him out. that is usually only effective if that is the first hit.

some more advice is not to him them in the back of the head, it will give them extra adrenaline making them almost impossible to stop.

keep your fist vertical not horizontal, that will make fist like a knife cutting through your opponent instead of like pushing them only with force.
