Breaking someone's arm in self defense?

My son who is 15 is trained in martial arts and end up in a situation where he is bullied by another kid. If my son happen to fight back after that kid hit him and end up breaking that kids arms in self defense, would I be sued or liable for that kid's injury eventhough my son just happen to fight back

I asked a DA (District attorney) the question wheter it was better to KO the person or break their arm they said it was better to KO the person and that i may be charged with Excessive force unless it was a more than 1 person then i may have a chance. This is truly up to the judge since your son is a minor im pretty sure your goin to go to court for this. You have a less than 50% chance of winning the case if you KO its 50/50 according to the DA

Why are liberal statists so hell bent on preventing lawful armed self defense?

Liberals/statists prefer that people be unable to care for or protect themselves. They believe that the general population must be directed and cared for by the state. By being dependent on the state, we then must do whatever we are told by the state.

If someone has a gun, he is able to protect himself from a criminal, he is able to provide food for himself, and in a worst-case-scenario, he is even able to say "no" to the statist who wants to control his life.

The gun is, without any doubt, the great equalizer. Someone without a gun can be easily coerced, threatened, intimidated and overpowered. He can be pressured into doing whatever others -- whatever the statist -- wants. Someone with a gun not only has the (same) freedom to say "no," but he has the power to protect himself when the statist comes to assault, arrest or kill him for his lack of cooperation with the statist's plan.

Liberals/statists hate guns because it is through the presence of guns that individual liberties are preserved. In any and every country where the citizens have been stripped of their arms, violent crime increases, and in many cases the state, itself, violates the rights of the people.
